The Bowie Baysox are proud to be able to assist thousands of local organizations and are committed to extending into our local community with appearances and donations. We have helped many non-profit and charitable organizations raise many valuable funds each year.

The Baysox fulfill many donation requests each season for worthy non-profit and youth based organizations to help them fulfill their goals and raise funds for programs. While we are happy to receive all requests, we are not able to fulfill every request submitted to us. Please use the following guidelines to help us facilitate your request fully and fairly

Guidelines for submitting a Donation Request to the Bowie Baysox:

The Bowie Baysox evaluate requests from local (Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.) non-profit and youth/kids based organizations.
The Baysox review donation requests once per week and determine the appropriate donation if request is accepted.
Please fill out the following form in its entirety. Failure to do so will result in request being delayed.
On many occasions, the requesting organization will need to pick up the donation in-person at the Baysox Main Office (located at the stadium) during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Donation Requests need to be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your organization's event date.
We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines as they help us accommodate as many organizations as possible in a timely manner.
