Welcome to Frontier Field, home of the Rochester Red Wings. We hope you'll find it to be a comfortable, convenient and friendly place to watch a ballgame, and that you'll visit us often! This guide covers many frequently asked questions about attending a game at Frontier Field.


ADDRESS FOR GPS - One Morrie Silver Way, Rochester NY 14608. Frontier Field is accessible from Interstate 490, from State Street, and from Plymouth Avenue. You'll find directions and a map in our Frontier Field section.


ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES-Adjacent to the Ticket Office at One Morrie Silver Way, Rochester, NY 14608, (585) 454-1001.


ATM-For your convenience, an Automated Teller Machine is located near Mama Mittsy's, provided by Summit Federal Credit Union. Two additional ATM's are available at either end of the concourse - one near the Red Osier Stand/10th Inning Bar area on the third base side, and one between Say Cheese! and Ice Cream Plus on the first base side.

AUTOGRAPHS-International League rules prohibit players from signing autographs from 15 minutes prior to the first pitch until the conclusion of the ballgame. Selected Red Wings are available for the autographs on the Main Concourse prior to all games, at other times to be determined during the season, and at various locations around Rochester during community appearances. The Pre-Game Autograph Booth is presented by Hillside Family of Agencies. Meet a different Red Wings player each game, signing free autographs...6:25 pm-6:45 pm prior to 7:05 pm games; 5:25-5:45 p.m. prior to 6:05 games; 12:55 pm-1:15 pm prior to 1:35 pm games.

BANNERS/SIGNS-Banners may be hung in the ballpark as long as they do not interfere with the game in progress or obstruct the view of others. Banners may not contain political, religious or commercial messages and must be in good taste in keeping with the family atmosphere at Frontier Field. Ultimately, the Red Wings staff has the sole right to determine whether a banner is allowed to be displayed or not.

BUCKMANS HOMETOWN WINNERS Whether the Red Wings win or lose, your 2015 ticket stub can be redeemed the next day at any Buckmans Car Wash for a $2.99 car wash (plus tax). Offer good until closing time the day after any 2015 home game, must present 2015 ticket stub to take advatnage of this offer.

CAMERA/VIDEO/RADIO/TV-Hand-held audio-visual equipment is permitted in the stadium. However, flash photography and video reproduction of a game is strictly prohibited. Also, no tripods or other equipment may be used that interfere with other fans' enjoyment. One-day media passes are granted to legitimate news organization photographers. Please call our Director of Communication at (585) 454-1001, ext 3006 if you have any questions on what audio/visual and photographic equipment is allowed.

CARRY-IN POLICY: Our Frontier Field Attendee Policy specifies what items are or are not allowed to be carried in, including the specific size of bags allowed. A copy of the Policy is available at the MVP Health Care Guest Services Booth during home games, and in the Red Wings office during regular Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. hours. CAPACITY-Frontier Field's official seating capacity is 10,840 with the possibility of an additional 2,500 to 3,000 more in bleacher and standing-room-only areas in the event of a sellout crowd.

CELL PHONE CHARGING STATION The Greater Rochester Area Honda Dealers has provided a charging stations for fans to use during the game. The connectors work with nearly every brand of mobile phone and smartphone. The Honda Charging Station is located on the first base concourse, across from Nacho Everyday Nacho and Ice Cream Plus. An additional chraging station is available in the High Falls Lounge for suite-level guests.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS-The Red Wings and Monroe County want you to enjoy the game and have a safe drive home. To that end, we hope that you and your friends will use our Designated Driver program. Fans of legal drinking age holding a valid driver's license are eligible to become "Designated Drivers" for the evening. In return for signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game, and for accepting responsibility for driving other members of their group home, Designated Drivers will receive coupons for free soft drinks during the game.

DIAMOND SUITES-Frontier Field is home to 23 Diamond Suites. Each suite has its own TV, bar, refrigerator, ice maker, and private balcony. Renting a suite at Frontier Field is a great way to entertain clients, reward employees or simply enjoy a game as a group. Find out more information in our Frontier Field section.

FAMILY SECTION - The Canandaigua National Bank & Trust Family Section is located in all rows of section 217. This is an alcohol-free and allergy aware section. Click here for more info on our Alcohol Free and Allergy Aware Family Section

FIRST AID-The Rochester General Hospital Infirmary is located on the Main Concourse near the Main Gates behind the home plate area. Emergency medical personnel, including paramedic units, are on duty at each game for the safety and convenience of all fans.

FOOD ALLERGIES - Visit the "Free" stand, 3rd base concourse for a selection of dairy-free, gluten-free, tree nut-free and peanut-free items. For patrons with peanut/tree nut allergy, we offer designated seating in section 217, which is a peanut/tree nut aware section. The grass berm on the third base side is also a peanut-aware area, with signs informing fans to refrain from consuming peanuts in the area. Lastly, all patrons, including those with food allergies, are welcome throughout Frontier Field. If you have a peanut allergy and find that you are near someone consuming peanuts, please notify our box office staff and we will do our best to re-seat you. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY-Containers with food and/or beverages may not be brought into Frontier Field, International Lague rule. . Concession stands and portable carts are located throughout the stadium to serve your needs.

FOUL BALLS-The Red Wings are happy to have fans keep any baseball which is hit or thrown into the stands. However, any ball or bat hit or thrown into the stands can be dangerous, so please be alert at all times. Please see the back of your ticket stub for information on your obligation as a fan to be alert.

GATES OPEN-Frontier Field gates open one hour and five minutes before game time unless otherwise noted.

GROUP OUTINGS/PICNICS/OUTDOOR SUITES -Discounts for group outings (20 or more) are available for most events. For more information, please call(585) 454-1001 and press zero, Monday-Friday between 9 am-5 pm ET or visit our Groups/Picnics section.

GUEST SERVICES-The MVP Health Care Guest Services booth is located across from the Red Wings Team Store. This personal service center operates from the time the stadium opens until after the game ends. Here, fans may obtain information, offer suggestions or register complaints, and receive general assistance during visits to Frontier Field.

INJURIES-Injuries should be reported to the nearest usher or stadium personnel, and tended to by stadium first aid personnel. Rochester Community Baseball, Inc. and Frontier Field are not liable for any harm, injury, or damages sustained by any spectator or to any spectator's property, including all risks-whether foreseen or unforeseen- unless the harm, injury, or damages result from the clear negligence of Rochester Community Baseball, Inc. or Frontier Field.

LOST AND FOUND-
Lost and found items should be taken to Guest Services. After each game, all collected items will be taken to the Red Wings Administrative Offices. For more information, please call (585) 454-1001 and press zero, Monday-Friday between 9 am-5 pm ET (weekend game days, after 11 am ET).

SCOREBOARD MESSAGES, WELCOMES, BIRTHDAYS
Because of sponsorship committments, game information and to comply with the new 2015 pace of game initiatives, we have a limited amount of space available during a game to pass along greetings for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. All requests for birthdays, welcomes and special messages must be made using this online form. All requests must be made at least three business days prior to a home game, and we are unable to accept requests before or during a game.


MILITARY MEMBERS VIDEO BOARD TRIBUTE-
We highlight local military members on our right field video board during the playing of God Bless America, in the middle of the seventh inning (in the middle of the 5th inning for 7-inning doubleheader games). Fans are welcome to send us an email with a color jpg format photo, at least 800 x 600 pixels in size, and the name and rank of their local family member currently serving our country. Please note: the photos are shown in a rotation, so that we may include as many different local military members as possible. We cannot guarantee that every photo will be shown at every game, and unfortunately we cannot honor requests that a specific photo be shown at a specific game. If you have sent in a photo in past seasons, you will need to re-send the photo and information for the current season.


PARKING AREAS-Public parking is available in Lot D behind Kodak Tower on Morrie Silver Way for $6.00 per car. Season ticket holders may use Lot C on Plymouth Avenue. PEANUT/TREE NUT AWARE SECTION - Section 217 is a designated peanut and tree nut aware seating section. We kindly ask all patrons to refrain from consuming peanuts or tree nuts in this section. This helps us safely accommodate our guests with food allergies to peanuts and tree nuts and to improve their game experience. PETS-With the exception of seeing-eye/guide dogs, pets are not permitted at Frontier Field.


PICNIC AREAS/OUTDOOR SUITES-Picnic areas are available for larger groups starting at 25 guests......Outdoor Suites are available for larger groups starting at 40 guests. Find out more in our Groups/Picnics section.


RAIN CHECKS-In the unlikely event that a game is postponed, fans may exchange their tickets for seats to a future regular season home game. There are no cash refunds for tickets or parking.


RESTROOMS- Restrooms are located on all levels of the stadium. Diaper changing areas are available in both men's and women's restrooms. A family (unisex) restroom is available on the first base side of the concourse, ask at the MVP Health Care Guest Services Booth for a key to the family restroom.


SMOKING POLICY-For the health and comfort of all fans, all forms of smoking including the use of "e-cigarettes" and "vapor cigarettes" are strictly prohibited in all seating sections, restrooms, concourse areas, and suites at Frontier Field. A designated smoking area is located behind the grandstand on the 3rd-base side near the firehouse building, accessible thru a gate on Morrie Silver Way.


SPECIAL SERVICES-Special attention has been given to all areas of the stadium to ensure that it's fan-friendly. Frontier Field provides many services and amenities to accommodate the needs of guests with disabilities. Information regarding equal access seating, elevators, handicapped parking, wheelchair availability, and more may be obtained at Guest Services or by calling 454-1001 and pressing zero, Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.


TEAM STORE-The Red Wings Team Store is open during all games, and Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., year-round. The Team Store features Red Wings logo merchandise, game-worn and personalized jerseys, the most popular Minor League caps from around the country, and much more. TELEPHONES-Pay telephones are located next to Mama Mittsy's Pizza Kitchen near the main gates.


TICKET OFFICE-The Frontier Field Ticket Office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. On the days of a Frontier Field event, the Ticket Office is open from 10 a.m. through the time of the event. For ticket information or reservations, please call (585) 423-WING (9464). Tickets to future home games are available during games at the advance ticket window, located near the Main Gates.


TICKETS BY PHONE-Tickets are available over the phone through the Frontier Field Ticket Office. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. To order by phone, dial (585) 423-WING (9464). There is a $2.00 shipping and handling fee per mail order.

WALK OF FAME-The Frontier Field Walk of Fame is a walkway within the stadium featuring the names of fans, players, management and media spanning Rochester's sports history. The walkway is comprised of brick pavers, each displaying the name of a member of the Rochester Sports Walk of Fame, surrounded by bricks with names of fans and businesses who support the history of Rochester Sports. Each brick sells for $100.00. Visit the Walk of Fame, near the Plymouth Avenue entrance (left field corner) to the stadium. WILL CALL TICKETS - The Comfort Windows Will Call Booth is located across from the Ticket Office, near the Main Gates. The Will Call Booth opens when the gates open, usually 6 pm for a 7:05 pm game and 12:30 pm for a 1:35 pm game. You can pick up day of game tickets ordered by phone, tickets ordered on-line, and tickets left for guests of Red Wings staff.


Suite tickets and tickets for guests of players can be picked up at the Administrative Offices/Suite Level Entrance, located inside the double doors next to the Ticket Office. This entrance opens for ticket pick-up the same time as the Will Call Booth opens.
